A deeply restorative session designed to help you let go and replenish. We begin with a short consultation, then I gently guide you into relaxation through breath before moving into intuitive Reiki energy work. During the session, I complete a full body energetic scan, checking and clearing the chakra points, releasing blockages and restoring balance throughout your system. Sound medicine is woven in to deepen relaxation and support energetic alignment. We close with time to debrief and integrate.
